CyPace and ArcSight Partner to Provide Real-Time Monitoring of Patient Information 

Acton, CA – April 15, 2010 - CyPace, a provider of real time auditing for Patient Health Information (PHI), today announced a partnership with ArcSight, Inc. (NASDAQ:  ARST), a leading global provider of security and compliance management solutions that protect enterprises and government agencies, to provide comprehensive security solutions for enterprise healthcare providers to reduce risk and increase visibility across  their Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) infrastructure. 

CyPace provides deep analysis of Electronic Medical Record Systems, to monitor access to patient health records by hospital personnel.  As a result CyPace is able to provide real time alerting and audit data regarding who is accessing sensitive and/or protected information as it happens. By providing this information to the ArcSight SIEM Platform via Common Event Format (CEF), CyPace enables full activity monitoring via correlation within ArcSight.
